Dr. Glick was born in Miami Beach and has spent most of his life in South Florida. A graduate of Emory College and Emory Medical School, Dr. Glick completed his surgical residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He then did a fellowship in vascular surgery, also at Mount Sinai. Since returning to Miami in 1994, Dr. Glick has established a busy private practice in general and vascular surgery. He works at Mount Sinai Hospital, North Shore Hospital, and Jackson North Hospital, where he also serves as chief of surgery.

Dr. Glick has taken a special interest in treating varicose veins.  Certified in Botox^® and injectables, Dr. Glick has established Miami Beach Laser Spa as a boutique practice to cater to the discerning client.

Michelle O’Neill, PA-C

Michelle O’Neill is an NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) Board Certified Physician Assistant.  She has been in medical practice since 1997.  Michelle obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida and graduated with honors in 1993.  She then obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with High Honors in 1997.  Michelle is a professional member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.  

After having practiced Internal Medicine for over 10 years, Michelle decided to pursue her passion for aesthetics and anti-aging medicine.  Michelle is currently a resident of Miami Beach, FL and is co-founder of Miami Beach Laser Spa, a medical spa located at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Aromessence, Inc., an all natural bath and body product line made with pure essential oils.  She has been extensively trained and certified in Botox^®, Dermal Fillers, Laser Procedures, and Sclerotherapy.  Michelle is committed to providing quality service and personalized care to every client. 

Carol Granger

Carol Granger is the Executive Assistant and Director of Public Relations at Miami Beach Laser Spa. She has been a model/actress for over 20 years and traveled extensively all over the world with her career. Her contracts have included catalogue and advertising print jobs, runway, showroom work, commercials and television shows. She has resided in Miami for the past 7 years.

Carol’s passion for the beauty, fashion and entertainment industries, coupled with her desire to continuously learn about anti-aging and aesthetics, brought her to Miami Beach Laser Spa. She is a valuable member of our team. Carol has been extensively trained and is knowledgeable regarding all aesthetic procedures and skin care product lines offered at our office.
