We offer a COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL CONSULTATION.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you and your treatment. We confirm all appointments one day prior in order to prevent "no-shows." In the event you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged for the service or $75, whichever is less.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Medical insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures.
